TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prices:
  • Prices indicated in the menu are inclusive of prevailing GST charge
    
    
• Delivery Services:
  • There will be a delivery charge of $30 per trip
  • Delivery fee will be waived for orders above $500
  • Free 1kg of vegetarian cake will be given (worth $30) for orders above $800
    
    
• Buffet Services:
  • We provide the following basic services:
  • Warmers for Hot Dishes
  • Disposable wares, Forks, Spoons, Cups, Serviettes & Garbage bags
  • Buffet table with standard skirting and serving gears
  • Chili sauce & Ketchup
    
    
• Payment Processing:
  • We accept cash only upon delivery
  • For advance payment, we accept cash, major credit cards or cheque at our Cafe
  • Cheque payment (payable to Happy Arts Enterprise Ltd) must be made at least 3 working days prior to the date of event
  • Credit Card payment must be made at least 2 working days prior to the date of event
    
    
• Reservations:
  • At least 3 working days prior to function date.
    
    
• Confirmation of Orders:
  • You will receive our confirmation order statement either by Fax, email or SMS within 48 hours after your reservation is made.
    
    
• Cancellation of Orders:
  • Order cancellation within 3 working days from date of function will be charged at 30% of the total menu price, cancellation within 24 hours will be charged at the total menu price.
    
    
• Changes of Orders:
  • Any changes in event details must reach us at least 3 working days subject to availability.
    
    
• Additional Request:
  • Services provided by our kitchen staff is chargeable at $20 per hour/pax (Min 3 Hours)
  • Melamine Ware @$1.00 per person
  • Chinaware @$3.00 per person
  • Stalk of standard flower @$2.00 each
  • Small Floral Centrepiece @$20.00 each
  • Medium Floral Centrepiece @$30.00 each
  • Large Floral Centrepiece @$50.00 each
  • 3'X 3' Square Table @$4.00 each
  • Plastic Chair @$2.00 each
  • Cushioned Chair @$4.00 each

• Set Up, Delivery & Collection Time:
  • Set up will be done by half an hour before the commencement of event.
  • $20 The last collection time is at 10.30pm. Thereafter, a surcharge of $20 will be chargeable where collection will be done on the following day.
    
    
• Miscellaneous:
  • Due to seasonal nature of vegetable and product availability, we reserve the right to change the menu or prices without prior notice.
