Happy Arts Enterprise Ltd was established in September 2004 as the social enterprise arm of Metta Welfare Association to provide vocational training and create employment opportunities for youths aged 18 and above with mild intellectual disability and/or autism.
By equipping them with employable skills, we aim to create and sustain employment opportunities for these underprivileged youths. This enables them to be economically productive and self-reliant, while gaining social acceptance and inclusion.
